Frequently asked questions
Can I really start for free?
Yes. Every subject starts with free topics you can study straight away, with no payment needed. Create a free account to save your progress, notes and streaks.
What is Aari?
Aari is VCE Vault's AI tutor. It explains ideas in plain English, writes practice questions and checks your working, any time of day. It's built around the Victorian Curriculum and VCE, and can answer in the terms of other Australian boards too.
How does pricing work?
You pay once per subject, from $7.99. There are no subscriptions or auto-renewals, and the subject stays yours. Extra Aari messages are optional top-ups that never expire.
Can I use VCE Vault on my phone?
Absolutely. VCE Vault works on phones, tablets and laptops, so you can study on the bus, at school or at your desk.
Can my parents or teachers follow my progress?
Yes. Invite them from Your corner on your Progress page and they get their own Supporter Hub, where they can see your progress, leave you notes, and gift you a subject or study notes. Nobody can link to you without your invite.
Who can be a supporter?
Parents, guardians, teachers, tutors and mentors: the people backing your study. Not other students. Supporter accounts are separate from student accounts, so an email that already has a VCE Vault student account can’t be a supporter, and your own account never becomes one.
How do I get in touch?
Use the Contact form in the menu or email support@vcevault.com.au. Messages go straight to our support inbox and we usually reply within a day.
